Aren't the shoes all right? You can send the shoes to our return in 30 days. Take your packet to one PostNL point (For Dutch) or Bpost-point ( for Belgium) near. Use this for the delivered returnable. For clients outside of Holland and Belgium, the return fees are for their own account, the instructions are in order. Keep an eye on the shoes unbearable and in the original and undamaged package to us. Make sure your package wraps up like that is appropriate for shipping.

You can retrace your order in 30 days if you don't have any disrespects, of course, and in original and undamaged package.

Returning from Holland and Belgium is free at a PostNL ServicePunt nearby with the returnable that's on your order. For consumers outside of Holland, Belgium, the shipping costs are for their own account.

A returnable will be delivered free with your order, the return address is already filled in.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to trade an order. If you wish another model or another size, you might as well order this one again and return it. For the retourned product, you always get the purchase.

On all our products, the legal guarantee applies. This means the product is what you can expect. Despite us executing several quality checks, it can prevent a product from containing a fabrication or material error. In these cases, we'll fix the product. If repair isn't possible, of course we'll look at other solutions.

We don't guarantee when the product is wrongly used. This also applies to useful suffering from soles, heels, tops, feedings and zippers. Stains that were created by for example, rain, transpiration, and/or other liquid substances are also out of guarantee.
