How do I return an article?
Refund policy
We operate a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days from receipt of your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with the tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at Info@offsquareOfficial.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishables (like food, flowers or plants), custom-made products (like special orders or personalised items), and personal care items (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous substances, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for clearance items or gift vouchers.

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Do you have a complaint about for example our products and/or services, or do you want to make a guarantee? Then you can put this down at our Customer Service. Send an email for this Info@offsquareofficial.com and put a clear picture in here and a description of the complaint and listed as it can also be the order number. We can only take complaints in treatment of products that were bought through our webshop. Did you order the product elsewhere or bought it in a store? Then we'll refer you to the purchasing point. You can expect us to react quickly to your complaint or your guarantee clam.
